Cal's Birthday Dinner

 

We went to Gabriella's, one of our favorite places for Dinner tonight for Cal's 38th Birthday. Nana came with us, and she couldn't go on his real B-day, so we had to go tonight. It was a good dinner. Cal had a calzone, the kids had their usual, chicken strips/fries, Nana had a Ceaser salad and I had chicken alfredo...then we had a piece of Cheese cake for the "Birthday Boy".... We gave him some flies for fishing called pink squirels....they were really tiny!!!!

 
 
 
 

 

Garage Sale

Every year I do a garage sale with a group of friends, it's always the same weekend of the year along with the Brooklyn City wide garage sales. This is the 4th year I've done it with them. We do it in a big yellow barn, on the property of Laura and Perry Jorgensen's farm. This year the garage sale was held on Thursday,April 22nd at 1 pm. I couldn't attend because I was doing daycare. Laura was crazy busy on Thursday, the weather was perfet for it. I worked with Jen Daily on Friday and went back for a short time on Saturday to help Becki Clark and Laura work. In the end it was a succesfull garage sale. We made a total of around $1300.00. I made a total of $214.00. All in a day's work.
